What the program is:
Many of you have been using our products for more than 20 years, and we hope customers who have found us more recently will still be with us 20 years from now. To show our appreciation for your business, as of 11/12/07, you may be eligible* for instant discounts on every purchase you make, without having to remember coupon codes. *Eligibility will require registration on our website, and a certain minimum order total each quarter.

| From $100 to $199.99 | Bronze (5% discount) |
What you do:
Register on our website, and make sure you log-in each time you order. Logging-in will activate your discount level (if applicable) and you will see the appropriate coupon in your shopping cart. Simply order in the usual way.

Information required for registration:
You simply enter your first and last name, your email address (which you will use to sign in on future visits), and a password. You are not required to store address or payment information.
Notes:
If you do not see a coupon in your shopping cart when you log-in, it means that either your purchases in the previous quarter have not reached the required level to receive discounts or you have newly registered and your discount needs to be assigned (please E-MAIL US if you would like us to check your status).
Discounts are not transferable to others, and can only be earned and redeemed at www.nyrusa.com.
Only ONE coupon is permitted for each order. If you have received a better offer from one of our promotional emails, you can simply enter the code, and the new coupon will replace the one currently in your cart.
Your quarterly order total is calculated less shipping and handling charges, previous discounts, coupons or the redemption of previously earned loyalty points.
Quarterly totals are calculated on the following dates:
Jul 16 - Oct 15, Oct 16 - Jan 15, Jan 16 - Apr 15, Apr 16 - Jul 15
The program may be amended at the discretion of Neal's Yard Remedies, including the criteria for the award and assignment of discounts. Customers will receive, by e-mail, 4 weeks notice of any changes to the program. The program may be ended with 4 weeks notice from Neal's Yard Remedies and customers will be advised by e-mail of the termination date.
